It's a Banner Day

I found this adorable little girl in my stash and placing her in an oval seemed like a great way to rescue her from the box in a drawer where she had been hiding. I used the colors from the Your Next Stamp Color Challenge #9 which includes two different pinks, two browns and apple green. I used my Silhouette to cut out the oval and the frame around it.
